We take your privacy seriously, like everyone else to whom you trust your personal information.
We only store your name, city, email and phone number(s). Credit card numbers will never be stored.
We ask for your city just for statistical information, so we can be aware how far our club reaches. We do not ask for, and no longer store in our database, any street address information. We ask for your phone number just so we could contact you if an event has to cancel on short notice or for other emergency use.
Your password is stored in a hashed format that would be very difficult to deconstruct (as of 2020). Even so, it's a good idea to use a different password for each web site that you access. Passwords will eventually be replaced by passkeys, which are easier and more secure.
Members of the club executive have access to membership information for use in their duties for the club. Club members should not be able to view or access information pertaining to other members.
